Its the week to show off what you know!

With report cards and parent teacher conferences right around the corner, students have been show me all the knowledge they have been absorbing these past few weeks. They have worked very hard on different kinds of assessments for our Standard Based Reporting. Some of our tests where taken individually, where others where given to our whole class at once! Tomorrow (Friday) we will be wrapping up our reading unit as well as our chapter 2 in math.

As a way to reward ourselves for all the hard work we have put in, tomorrow we will have a pajama day, and a movie at the end of the day. But sssshhhh, the students don't know about that yet :). Our reading units theme is "surprise' and I thought this would be a great way to wrap up a challenging week.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Don't forget:
1. Sign and turn in the Jefferson County Park permission slip form. October 31, 2011
2. Turn in those box tops!
3. Keep reading for our new "Out of this world" reading incentive.
